Co., Inc., an institutional fixed-income broker/dealer headquartered in New York City,
was originally established in 1909 and in time became highly regarded as a pioneering specialist in
fixed-income products. It was re-established in 1990 with a commitment to the same standards of
excellence employed by its predecessor firm.
When bond salesman Reginald W. Pressprich formed R.W. Pressprich & Company
in 1909, he founded one of the most progressive
firms in the securities industry. With the founder's drive and
dedication as inspiration, R.W. Pressprich earned a reputation
for responsiveness
to client needs, sensitivity to changes in the dynamic securities
markets, and inventive financing solutions. In September 1990,
following a decade of private investment activities, RWP was recapitalized
by a group of seasoned professionals and reentered the securities
markets. The new R.W. Pressprich & Co.,
opened its doors to institutional investors in need of a firm whose
people listen and provide consistent service, high-quality research,
and objectivity. Currently, the company
