The Company is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, with offices throughout the United States and in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through predecessors, Ocwen has been servicing residential loans since 1988. The Company commenced originating forward mortgage loans in 2012 and reverse loans in 2013.
