American Tire Distributors Holdings, Inc. (ATD) is the largest distributor of replacement tires in North America, with a network of more than 140 distribution centers in the United States and Canada. The Company offers an extensive selection of approximately 70,000 SKUs to more than 80,000 customers, and in 2017, ATD distributed more than 40 million replacement tires. ATD purchases its inventory from various sources, including the four largest tire manufacturers, Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear and Michelin.
