Quontic Bank Holdings Corp. (QUONBK) is the holding company for Quontic Bank, an online bank based in Astoria Queens. Since its founding as a community bank in 2009, Quontic Bank has grown into an all-digital platform with $577M of assets at June 30, 2023. 96% of its $428M loan portfolio consists of single-family residential mortgages. In 2015 the bank was awarded the title of Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) from the Treasury Department, enabling the bank to target historically underserved customers. Quontic provides inclusive loan products to a diverse range of borrowers, including those who may require down payment assistance and alternative income documentation to qualify for a loan.
